The part of engineering I enjoy most is starting without a ready-made answer: a new mechanism, machine or product that has to be designed, built, tested and made practical for production.
I am at my best in hands-on R&D: turning an incomplete idea or a difficult requirement into a real product. I work through concepts, calculations, SolidWorks, DFM, drawings, prototype assembly, testing and production support. What matters to me is what happens after CAD — whether the design can actually be built, serviced and trusted in use.

Two large-format hold-down tooling variants developed for different production sites: a pneumatic-cylinder version and a screw-locked version. Mechanical architecture, pneumatic-cylinder calculations and selection, production documentation and integration support. The tooling was manufactured and tested on an industrial robot.
Mechanical development of articulated loading equipment, including loading-arm assemblies, a loading nozzle, a gas-separation and controlled-venting unit, swivel joints, sealing interfaces and production-ready mechanical documentation.
A broad portfolio of trailer designs and upgrades, including a recent three-model family developed from concept to serial production.
Developed pumping units for contaminated water with solids up to 74 mm, including integrated 156/300 L tanks, engine–pump interfaces, vibration/resonance checks and multiple production configurations.
Full-cycle reverse engineering and clean-sheet redesign, including chassis, drawbar, hoppers, mechanical kinematics, custom seeding mechanisms, hubs, shaft calculations, hydraulic layout and cylinder selection.
Mechanical and enclosure engineering for packaged compressor stations built in custom housings and, where required, converted sea containers. My scope covered enclosure architecture, equipment packaging and complete production-ready mechanical documentation based on the technologist's process scheme. I developed manufacturing drawings split by fabrication route — laser cutting and bending, in-house cutting and drilling, welding and final assembly — and designed low-cost door solutions. Later enclosure generations were redesigned to reduce weight and manufacturing cost. Process engineering was handled by the technologist.
